Jeans getting tight on my legs?

I've been lifting weights for a while and some of my jeans are tight on my legs. It becomes difficult to move, but the size feels just right. I do not know if relaxed would purchase or not, so that I have to go to a waist to get more room for my legs? Suggestions brand is an asset and please no "designer" brands, I really do not want to pay more than forty dollars for each pair of jeans. If it helps at all, my current size jeans 30W 32L.

I had this problem before. I started buying jeans that say "stretch denim" on them. they look the same, (not tapered legs, please!) they just give a few. Levi's has some great ones.
