Swimwear (need khaki pants, but do not know where to find them) Please Help?

Hello. My daughter is 16 years and I have just enrolled in a public school academy. Their dress code is white shirts and khaki pants. With all white, brown or black shoes. I bought her the white shirt, but I do not know where to get it pairs khaki pants. It is large, it is about 26/28. I do not want to get his trousers for men. She tried them before and she said she does not feel comfortable in them. Please help me ladies, no Lane Byrant not know if any store size or more other sell khaki pants (Trousers for school or something)? Please help me.
