I need help formal dress?!

Okay, I is inserted into the NJHS and is a very formal ceremony. So I'd like if you could please find me a dress. Our mall is fairly small So keep these shops: PacSun, Charlotte Russe, Vanity, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Elder Beerman, Sephora. and also, the hair and makeup and shoes would be a plus super! [And ten points!] And also are quite small, as a size in jeans so make sure clothes can fit a small girl. I'm 5'3, 105 pounds and a cup B. but usually look good in everything so yeah.
