What is a good dress form?

im interested in getting a dress form. Adjustable ones are any good? I saw one Dritz to joanne the other day. im a beginner sewing but i catch on very fast and I can understand how the clothes are very good. I designed my own collection and I want to do, but i cannot find models that are quite similar. In addition, I want to do it from scratch. so what a good, moderately priced dress form? id also be able to make clothes without the right reason? I like playing with fabric, thats how I find most ideas. Finally, Is it better for me to make one of those dress DIY duct tape forms appropriate to my body?
