Unlike America, European sizes?

I'm American, and yet my two sisters live in Europe and when I I went to visit them (one in England, one in France) I noticed how people were more English, but when I went to France and entered in a shop I could not find a bra size over B! I wear a D, and the only thing I found was C, in large sizes. All women in the streets seemed to have a-cups. I know this probably seems silly, because most know that American women rely more on meat and other heavy foods (unlike Asia, rice and fish) but I just wanted to know your opinion.

Most but not all European women are smaller, then American women are. I am an American who is 5'9 "tall and 129 to 133 pounds. In countries that I can wear any where from a small to a size o pants or pants size 2. (5 / 6 or 7 in a lot size) in most stores in Europe, I go for size over clothing. In the states I am a 34 B bra, which I think is like a 75B in Europe. I am considered small in the States, but not so in Europe. Sorry, we're just big people in the States. If you want to find a bra D cup in Europe, you have to go to a store bra or look in the old game of checkers with a large debt. store.
