Hello to all of you following this series fishing in Thailand. This past month has been eventful to say the least with my return trip to the United Kingdom and Holland. For those you who came to see me at the shows, I thank you and thank you to all of you who book your holiday with us. To all my friends who I have not done see too, sorry, but time ran out. So I guess to start this newsletter – the shows. First of Five Lakes in Essex; it should be the centerpiece, but to be honest the organizers let me down badly to say the least. When he was referred to our party the agreement was given the Carpin Show a price of one week holiday for two with flights value of about? 3000, which was for you the best price any idiot had ever given them. What if I receive? Online articles Carp-Talk stopped once I accepted the award, references in their magazines ever published, there was no single mention in the issuance, no customers, and a 2m x 2m booth does not give us enough room to swing a mosquito, much less see our photos! I was not even asked to come on stage and draw the winner – in fact, I had to pick someone to check if the winner has been developed. To top that off, it took them two weeks to give me the winner, even if they managed to put on carp talk on line next week! And what do I get? A bill to them a table, chairs, and a plug for the hutch they called a stand, and a promise for a free stand a decent size next year! But will they keep their word! It was comical watching the show organizers to walk, and each time they approached our box, oops, sorry, stand, they turned on their heels and went back the way they came. Not a single one of them to come see us or thank me for price. In addition to everything I let Rob Maylin share my room (two beds, honest!). Now, Rob is snoring louder than a jumbo jet taking off, if Saturday evening there was no sleep – if he snores like that on his visit here, he will cause a tsunami.

Another old friend I met with the show was my pike fishing old mucker Max Cotti which I was pleased to see is now twice my size and stores in Chipperfield for his keks! Finally, a big thank you to everyone who crowded around the booth to see the beautiful pictures that we had room to display, and all those who booked. Finally, if the watch is in my mind, how about this? While sorting through the archives for photos Fish for the shows, I came across a picture of Sean in a line down in February 2008. This fish was stored while I was in England for 2008 fishing shows, and there his right hand was a bloody sting! Yes, now the mystery is solved – it has never been removed. He did not grow, it was not a second bite, it was Sean after beginning his legacy – thank you God, he does not stock! Continuing on with stingrays, apparently it is barbaric to remove their pits. It's funny, because they did not flinch when it is done, and seem healthy enough, even after laying, it was done in fish farms. Remember, things were much more barbaric done to these magnificent creatures in the name of glory, records and self-hype, but I will not comment on that point, as others go elsewhere, but for the guy who said it – stones and glass houses come to mind!

Since last month newsletter with our terms of wave heat and no rain in March has been like here in June, it rains every afternoon, to our delight gardener. The lake had a good flush through and is at its peak. Perfect conditions for viewing this month by National Geographic to film my old mucker Rob Maylin – the git Spawny even received a ticket class business thrown in the face. Beware in May, another companion arrives, Keith "Made in England Jenkins – now that will be a bomb. I can not wait to take our Keith local night to see the group in-house – we're Gonna Rock! No visit to England is complete without a visit to my friend Bob Baker, bait Richworth aka. Apart from a stock of 300 departures method, Bobbie uncle gave us five quarts of oil salmon old favorite – Wow, this is a flavor my dark past. I am sure that the carp are going to love here! Another trip I made was to see my old buddy Rob Eustace to Gold Label Tackle. The big boss fat, Tubby Terry Eustace I visited Krabi while in the United Kingdom – a bit of a long road ahead to avoid me, I thought! We went out, drank a few beers, and the Indian compulsory for Rob to return to the Chelsea game. Rob mate Alan Boon is a fanatical Chelsea, and when Chelsea scored, it was off the dance as a sofa Staffordshire Terrier good'un and Rob grabbed his foot, just through his shoes, shook him like a rat. Obviously, the dog is not without Chelsea fan!
