How do I fill "the extra space at the top of my corset without looking" stuffed "?

I have a really hot date this Saturday. Nervous? Yes … Do not think I have ever been more nervous for a date … I ordered a brand new black satin corset. I'm going to pair with my knee high blacks boots and jeans. I think I can go grab a shrug to go over shoulders. We are going to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. PROBLEM: The corset I got is great, but much too far to the left cup. Its smaller size a corset, and a smaller … but I only wear a size B! How do I fill the air open, without anyone there really be able to tell? HELP! ALSO: It may seem too nasty to leave the lace-up back where you can see if my skin I wear a shrug shoulders? I do not want to turn the guy off …. but I want to look great for the concert!

Lace in the upper torso as tight as possible. Raise the twins as high as you can. If you have a couple (or can get some today and Saturday) you could put a pair of "chicken cutlets" (silicone bra inserts that appear well, chicken cutlets, if you're not familiar with the term) in it * * under the real breast. (If not, carefully folded socks might work. Once again, under real girls.) You can also wear a bra (preferably padded and strapless) below. Regarding the skin visible in the back I would not really call bitch look, but I do not think it really appropriate for a TSO concert. It would be better for something like a night in a club or go see Rocky Horror. Good luck and good fun!
