What should I wear to an interview Deputy Principal in Texas, where it is hot?

Should I wear a suit pantsuit or skirt? Should I go basic traditional colors like blue or black? The materials address the issue? So I just had a baby, so I'm a size 20 and do not know where to shop for "holding over-sized companies"! Please help! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I currently live in Michigan and I'm not sure of the business attire in hot and humid! Thank you!

I would wear a skirt suit, just make sure it does not exceed the knees, just to keep you look professional. If you've seen what other employees are wearing in the office, Notice if they wear traditional colors, but be sure that I wear lower dominant colors, but perhaps with a color (color United) shirt that you can breathe a little under the jacket. There are many places at least where I live where there are stores specifically for "more" Women's size, if you can not know if the stores are near you, but I can not really help. One suggestion might be a gray suit Clearly, with closed shoes. If you can find a lightweight jersey skirt, then great, try to avoid wool or cotton fabric that they will be warmer. Perhaps for underblouse try to find a nice, silky dress that is not looking too uncomfortable, just add a little flare. Good luck!
