Where can I find a wedding dress at an affordable price?

I am a plus size woman looking for a wedding dress and I would not go to David's Bridal. Are their other stores around the Chicago area that are affordable and have larger sizes. Everything seems to be strapless and I am having a church ceremony that requires me to have a jacket or at least something to keep the girls up.
