So, I'm having a 21st birthday big celebration I'm really excited. I live in New York for me and 30 of my friends are having dinner in a restaurant news and then we go some of the best clubs. I need to find a dress thats not slutty but not to the form. I'm a size 18 and I am very big breasts. Halter styles generally more work on myself, but I'm not ruling anything. He just needs to be short and flattering. I can not find any website with anything, even remotely what I'm looking for.
