How does this dress look with lace sleeves?

I am a bridesmaid for my aunt's wedding this summer. I do not see well strapless dress, I have arms and a very large sleeved gown search much more flattering to me. The sheath dress has a chiffon and lace on it. I bought 2 yards of fabric to lace sleeves (no cap sleeves – sleeves 3 / 4 arm length). Do you think this would look good? I live in the greater New York – there tailors recommend adding sleeves? I prefer the second since it handles for a wedding and the first are more dramatic and more glam, while the second handles more conservative and "fairly". As a tailor, ask around with your colleagues, friends ect … Maybe it take the place that made the dresses, like a David's Bridal. Be prepared to pay more, otherwise they could not get out much. Use discretion so that the dress is not ruined in the process:) Good luck!
