Need help finding a cocktail dress in size w / sleeves?

My grandparents 50th wedding anniversary is coming in 1 month. I not yet found a dress … preferably a cocktail dress. Im a bit half my arm, so prefer w / sleeves. In addition to this, just having a baby, and still have not lost the baby weight "for now … and I went to a more size.ANYONE there have solutions???
