I bought my wedding dress and need a gridle or recession, but corset under my dress has a corset back help!?

I bought my dress and I am dieting and trying to lose weight, but I do not think I'll be able to lose 2 1 / 2 months. I have a bra size DD and then my stomach is really big and drops. I need something that will keep me a bit and do not look so horrible. I already have added to my dress earlier because my bust is too big. The back is just a ribbon, but not all the way down and she has a piece of cloth can go on it if it comes all the way up my back. Also, it is strapless. They are the plus sizes bridal shop either.
