OK, I need to know how much material I need. Here's what I think. I wanted to go with the smaller size for 1 1 / 4 m² for the skirt plus another 7 / 8 yd. for the sleeves. I assume the hardware is the same for the sleeves, a hat, wire and tape. ?? What I'm more confused about what is 45 "** means and what is heavy fuse? Is this some sort of padding or something? If it isn't can not be the same as any other fabric? I'm so lost, please help me.
