What to wear to a 17th birthday dinner with the white dress code?

I am 15 years old girl, I weigh 48 kg with 165 cm height. I intend to bring my mother buttonup white shirt which is very large for me because my mother is about 105 kg and about 170cm tall. I intend to focus on black tights and white flats.
