I need help finding an extra dimension to a wedding dress in October in Baltimore!?

I'm attending a wedding in Baltimore, MD in mid-October I need a dress! I live in the middle of nowhere, so I'll have to buy online. Here is what I have so far: the wedding is an afternoon and Sunday at 16:00 semi-formal in a nice B & B. I look better in clothes knee, nothing too low-cut (I have a large chest), with at least some kind of sleeve, wrap, or any else-oh, and I look better in clothes or empire waisted princess-seamed. Nothing I'd rather pink, as pink is her "color" and I do not expect any good anyway. My coloring is very close to my avatar, and I see more red, green or brown. I feel like I've looked everywhere, Lane Bryant, Penney's, Macy's, Target also. I hope to spend less than $ 125 and not against the sale / clearance items: If you know of a chain of shops with a site, or can think of something that will help, I really appreciate!
