Where can I find the style and empire waist gowns at low prices?

My husband is a Marine and the Marine Corps Ball is Nov. 10 so I need to get a quick toilet. I searched and searched and can not find or very expensive dresses or articles on dresses. Anyone have ideas? I need a link to search for that style of dress tall, size 16 is really what im looking for. Please help lol. I had this support for the way forward now, but we just got to this base two weeks ago and just found out what day ball business is.
