How do I wear a long skirt? UK?

I would like to get a couple of long skirts (theres no way I would wear a short one-even if you paid me) i think boots would probably cover the footwear, but i’m not sure what top or jacket to wear? I know it’s slightly vague but i’m not into fashion wear and just want to look ok/normal. I’m a plus size about a 18-20.

just wear with a short shirt or short jacket would be fine. do not wear with long top, since your skirt’s already long.
