Am i over doing it? ( excising)?

I’m 17 and i’m joining the navy next year for gap year. I have a BMI and fitness test. Im usually good with excising back last year i packed on a couple of kgs. I started to worry when i could just fit into my size pants. So since last week i’ve started jogging. I occasional did it so nothing new. Since last tuesday i’ve been going for 4km runs and 2km walks. plus a 1 km there and back. My muscles dont really hurt but i’ve been really tierd. How much should i excerise. I’ve losted 2Kgs.

If your muscles don’t hurt, then I don’t think you’re over doing it. But I think it’s enough for “joining” the Navy. I think you should keep exercising like you are, so when you join the Navy it won’t be so hard on you because you’ll have other things to worry about there besides exercising so you better get that out of the way now (as much as possible)
