I think I lost weight?? upper body exercises?
ok .. When I started going to the gym I a size 14 (size more) about 189 .. Then I worked like 1000 calories five days a week, mostly walking on the treadmill and elliptical. I wear a size 10 in pants … but when I go on the scale, as it says 180 .. Im thinking it may be my upper body? Someone Has knowledge of a very superior body exrcises that work? Thank you
