can someone who has 5'5 "have a healthy size 0-2?

I'm 5'5 "and I have a small frame. Now, I'm like 127 pounds and I wear anywhere from size 4 to a size 8 (according to the bank / brand / style / etc). I would really be if size 0-2. I know it does not really know what size you are, but I'm just asking. if I'm really toned and watched what I ate, I could down to a 0-2 and still be healthy? I do not want to look sickly, bony, just really thin and toned. I'll be very busy once they start school, hit the gym at least 3 times a week (by weight training, cardio and yoga) and I take a dance class. do you think I can be a 0-2????

This is my honest opinion … usually 0-2 people that have bodies that are naturally thin or who are become that way by means unhealthy. Heck I know people who are toned and slim, 5'5 "and a size 6. To a size 0-2 you really could end up resemble a set of 2 hangers. Once, after a distance of three long months backpack trip, during which I lost a lot of weight (due to ammt exercise and a diet designed for walking long distances). I was in good health by all means, but almost everyone I know told me I looked sick and unhealthy. My hip and shoulder bone structure was not fit to be this weight and I really look like a set of media. Really, I hope you just make healthy decisions. So, could you yes I do think you need? Not in a million years!
