Poison Ivy Plus Size costume?

I need some ideas for a poison (Ivy from Batman) costume. I decided I make my own costume for Halloween and a bunch of my friends decided to meet a group of Batman villains. We have decided that I Poison Ivy would be because I already have the hair color. I need some ideas on a costume large (about a size 16) which is not skin tight or revealing. I also need some ideas on how I do my hair and makeup. All photographs, diagrams, drawings or would be of great help.
