flat belly and legs?

im 14 so basically and IM as a size 5 in pants and a shirt, but my thighs rub when I walk and my stomach a little Poochie I just want to get rid of it all … Ive been running on the tread mill 3x a week for each 30min, making that ab training where you touch your elbow to opposite knee thing every day (60x each side) and the laying on my side and doing the scissors where you raise your leg up and then bring it back (80x each side) I mean its been two weeks and im healthy diet, no soda no chips (the more I brace for a little help too) and so ive lost a few pounds, but I just want a normal stomach and legs, I do not think I can im gras have a problem im just trying to be healthy suggestions? i DONT !!!!! think im fat … thx for the interest though =)
