knee boots for big calves?

I am wanting to buy a nice (style) pair of knee high boots with a heel dress. I a little frustrated because I can not walk into a store and pick any pair that I want because I have a big calve muscles (16.5 inches). I tried to search online but the websites I can find are those that sell women's boots in size with a foot wide. These sites also a very limited selection of boots and ugly. I am not more size, I'm actually an athletic build with muscular and unfortunately a muscle that has calving does not fit into a regular boot. I am 26 and looking for an elegant shoe that looks like something a 26 year old would wear, not a 50 year old. Someone else had this problem and do you have a site that you can share?
