Can someone help me find a nice dress for a garden of roses renewal of vows?

My husband and I have our renewal vows in a rose garden, in a public park. I need help finding a pretty dress. I do not wear dresses, and the last I wore was the day of our wedding nearly 9 years. But my wedding dress is far too big for me now. I weighed 250 pounds when I got married. Now I'm 5'8 and extra large, boneless, size 12 feet, 170 pounds in great shape (I am a personal trainer), hair large broken black / brown eyes, tanned (golden brown), very broad shoulders, narrow hips, no waist and no ass to speak of (I tried for years to build my buttocks tissue in vain .. LOL). husbands favorite colors are navy blue Mon, emerald green, royal purple. I would like to have my dress in one of these three colors. ONLY husband more than two requirements that the whole is just above the knee, and moderately low cut to show off the "girls". I would really appreciate anyone can give me help Thanks.
