Super-sizing of America

For some of us, food is warmth and love. We associate it with the house and childhood: tempting smells that greeted us after school on a cold December afternoon. The kitchen was used to center of the house under the direction benevolent captain of the ramp. If we were good, we might be permitted to stir the pot. If we have been very good, we got to clean the bowl.

As we grew, we found wonders elsewhere: the coffee shops and diners where adolescents collected and the food was only a platform to speak of real activity, bonding, and flirting. We drank beer and cola and root open sundaes, pizza and French fries. But the real food was what we ate at home.

Later, we Past the pale imitation of food represented by college cafeterias and cafes that have been underground heavy on music and political rebellion and light menu. We returned home for the holidays and still eat real food, as well as a reminder. Some of us went to non-food rations C and swore we'd never enjoy eating again.

Rather than occasional change of pace, the Drive-Thru gradually assumed a prominent place in our diet. Astute marketing targeted their sales pitch for more sensitive and easy to manipulate the niche population: children. Tired parents short of time to the call of tears to visit Ronald and Jack. And our children have grown fat.

Adolescents, with their deep psychological prefer to live in their cars were on a diet food consists almost exclusively of fast food, turning up the nose at the thought of a meal cooked at home. Active and energetic, they have ignored the almost imperceptible pockets that their input triggered.

The secret is consistent, prolonged, cheat-proof, undernourishment. Once the basic concept has been adopted and fully internalized the way for a new light, thin, you become: eating what you want, but a LOT LESS. We are not looking to the old adage of "eat moderately and move a lot" because we know from experience it does not work. When I say a lot "less" I mean it. You may be eating three times a day, plus snacks. Cut a snack or dessert here can possibly help you lose weight – if you are twenty years to invest in the attempt.

Do not "Reduced". Slash, cut, spray your portions. If you eat three meals a day, change of eating alone. If you love to graze on the six mini-meals or snacks, reduced to two. Reduce your overall intake by two-thirds should you bring to the area of your actual daily requirements.
