What is the best yoga for large women?

I am very interested in starting yoga and possibly entering Pilates. Can anyone suggest, is the best type of yoga for a person in size to begin with, or suggest a DVD / VHS??

All yoga beginner should be good because you just go into the pose as you are comfortable …. I was involved in Iyengar Yoga (you can find it) when I was much heavier, and I loved … It uses props such as belts and blocks to help you installation until you win the necessary flexibility to do without. Yoga Journals contains videos and DVDs and I appreciated their instructors Patricia Walden and Rodney Yee.
