How can I lose fat from muscle shows then?

I'm 15 5'7 02.01 pounds 140 that I gained like 20 pounds since I started playing water polo I have played for three months and now I'm on the swim team practice is 2 hours per day, 5 days week is as intense and we're not just float around so I know that some of these weights is muscular, I also grew more than one inch since I started practicing, but be careful what I eat like every day and I still can not seem to lose weight until I went size, which burns me because I know I have muscles now, but it is covered by fat soo How can I lose that I eat breakfast cereals i Powerbar or lunch turkey sandwich dinner and eating fruit is usually chicken or pasta, so I mean, I really do not understand why I am still gaining weight and I hate to look chubby im here because jeans you can not say that is muscle

You have to burn fat before it becomes muscle. Because Everone has muscles in their fat. The only thing thats keeping them is the fat ontop of them. You therefore burn fat and do excersise AB to build muscle tissue. The best way is to race and the bike, even a long walk to help to burn fat. Even swim alone will not suffice. Can not drive like ab, pumps, etc. However I suggest sit ups you do not eat pasta for dinner because its jam packed with carbohydrates which I think is the main cause of weight gain. I mean just because somethng says its 99% fat free does not mean its not good for you, it can be loaded with carbohydrates. I suggest u go on a diet and eat no more than 20-30g of carbohydrate per day. Instead of eating things like fish, chicken or beef. These foods will help strengthen the muscles because they are full of protein. Eat your 20-30g of carbohydrates in the morning to give you energy all day. If you follow this trust me it will work. But you must have the willpower to want to do! Good Luck
