Fashion returns to the White House – Creating Your Own Legacy Mode

There is a huge buzz around our nation, and perhaps even through the world will focus on Michelle Obama at today's inauguration. This astounding piece of a historic event – the Fashion role play – and rightly so. The News endless game for the last few weeks have been looking at the past and first ladies styles and colors of their first sets. And, of course, in this case, there are two little girls "ooh ahh and" more as well. What a day to be a manufacturer of dress!

Currently, if you were early, you saw Michelle Obama leave his (very) temporary residence in a golden yellow brocade robe with matching long jacket, long silk scarf – smiling and greeting the new teams, as she entered St. John's Church in Washington DC with her husband – the 44th president of our country. It was as if all the news channels that you have turned a critical its place – the way it seemed to match the color of the church – it was a "happy" color and joy embraced Mrs. Obama to live when it comes to fashion. It is classical, and but itself. (Who can forget the amount of comments about her black outfit and bold red in the night of the election?)

For my part, love the recognition that the media gives fashion today. For those of us in the garment industry – designers of cloth, owners of shops, dressmakers and factory workers and tailors – Well, it's a really great day for us. We are center stage throughout the day – and we know!

But honestly, we know something that everyone might not know. We are ALL the days of the stage – and not just for special occasions. (Okay, we all do not have an inaugural ball to go, but we have all these events once-in-a-life – such as weddings and proms – Where we have "perfect" dress, which receives a million photographs.) Instead, it is the smallest occasions when we know that we literally make or break people. This is the first date with the best looking guy in the office. (And it's dinner where you meet his parents.) It is every day you go to work. What we do things. It is really important. We're literally the thread that binds us all together, generation generation.

Clothing is not just something to buy, wear and throw away. Remember to save special pieces to convey to your daughters and nieces. Fashion has a way to come back again and again (can you say skinny jeans?). And what does not become great stuff around the school plays and Halloween (poodle skirts and white leisure suits, anyone?). For tall women, it is also an immense honor to have some great designers of the right size when young women in your life are taken – both financially and with their identity. Even size women like Oprah Winfrey shared that finding the right dress size he was driven to tears over the most special occasions, such as Emmy.

You will be more than the hero when you have this beautiful smaller black dress for New Year's special someone Eve – or a nice target = "_blank" title = "Plus size blouse"> more blouse size to accentuate a perfect costume for this interview great. As women of size, we know how important it is to dress to impress and dressing for success! Having furniture wardrobe special to transmit is quite wonderful.

I have visions of girls Michelle Obama, one day in the distant future, unveiling some beautiful dresses precious garment bag carefully wrapped in tissue paper, and tell their own daughters, "This is the dress your grandmother wore to meet the King of England, and that's what she wore when she met the President of France. "Our clothes are much more than it seems, it is part of our life story. So next time you have a great dress that you love, take a picture of yourself in it on occasion then when you save this dress and wrap it carefully in tissue, throw the image into the box too. We're not all "The First Lady, "but we are all part of a story very close to be valuable in the context of our own heritage.
