Hahaha, unfortunately, every body is different. Even if you're a big girl (like me), You should be able to notice a difference in the final environment your [third quarter seven months]. It is possible to lose some of your excess weight while carrying a baby safely. If you are interested losing weight [plus side you get stretch marks less because your stomach is already used to be great!] then ask your doctor or midwife. Otherwise, I think that complete figures are beautiful and your body will change at a pace quite personal.
