How to modify a Halter Dress?

I have found the CUTEST sundress that I want to wear on my upcoming vacation…but…I have grooves in my shoulders (and some scars) from being heavy-chested. If the straps on the bodice appear to be wide-set…do you think I would be able to convert this dress into a regular sun dress? Here is the link to the dress on eBay. Thanks

Well maybe. You mean instead of having the straps tie behind the neck, have them go straight over the shoulders and fasten at the back like bra staps would? You probably can to that very easily. It may flatten the front bust area a little is all.
I have converted many strapped sundresses into halter dresses by just tieing the straps behind my neck instead of fastening the straps to the buttons on the back of the dress so I would expect you could do the same vise versa.
