Anyone ever buy clothes in their "target" size when you start a diet?

I thought the do but I'm not sure if it's a good idea. I'm hearing that the use of the figure of the scale can be bad because it does not take into account changes in body composition. (For example, a woman who lifts weights will be heavier than a woman of the same size that does not.) So, is this a good idea to do this? I thought buying a shirt and a pair of jeans two sizes: a size of my goal, and the other one the largest "Regular" sizes so i know when to stop shopping in the department and more. Sorry if I gave the wrong impression. I speaks not to buy something I'm excited about the port, just something very cheap, so I know where to shop in sizes regular and when I'm back to my correct size.

Personally, I stop myself. It only works for some, though. Some of my friends tried it and it did not work for them, they felt bad about themselves. If you decide to buy clothes too small, only do it for a size smaller than your actual size, so your goal is more realistic. Secondly, when you adjust them to obtain the following size until you have lost any weight. In this way, it is not too discouraging, and you always want to make new progress. I think it is more healthy than weighing, because it is a more accurate assessment of how you look much slimmer. You must try it, It did wonders for me. And when they finally did, it's the BEST feeling.
