Old Navy does have a size more in store?

Hello I need to get a place in size for my friend here tomorrow to get her what Im Her for his birthday. Old Navy are more companies? She is 18 years in trousers and a 1 or 2 shirts (plus size) which is like a XXL or something. I Old Navy will hear up to size 20, but some people have said they continued DIS it plus size store, and I thought 14 + was large?
