Shoe Size Question?

hey it’s like boxing week here in canada and usually i don’t find anything cheap really. until today i actually found something..i bought a pair of plaid boots because they looked really cute and they were 20$ plus the discount card that i have. i couldnt resist buying them because of the price… the problem is that my feet are small and they normally fit a size 5 or 6, and these boots are size 6.5. they are a tiny bit spacey but they fit just fine if i wear two layers of socks. is there anything i can get to minimize the interior of the boots?

Try tissue paper. I’m thinking the gift wrap kind, because it may be a bit stronger than toilet paper. Toilet paper may shred with your toes pushing against it, or if your feet perspire.

You could always check a shoe-repair shop or the notions display at a variety or drugstore. You can usually find all kinds of “devices” to make shoes fit more comfortably. If your heels slip up and down, you can get an inexpensive little “heel grip” with a peel-off backing that you mold to the inside of the shoe or boot, in the heel area. It’s designed to keep the foot from slipping when you walk.

I think you can fix this problem more easily than if the boots were too small. Enjoy them!
