My breasts are heavy and uneven, this bra size should I use?

I went to Victoria's Secret but I measured, but my breasts are so heavy they fall out of bra. More sides of the gorge that I wear does not cover / HOLD on the sides of my breasts. My measured height (I was measured twice) is 34C. Like all women, a boob is bigger than the other, but mine is much greater. A boob maybe a C and the other can be a D.
