How a man can improve his flexibility?

I am 32 years old, 6'2 and about 240 pounds. I have strength and sculpture classes body to tone up my body. In two months, I am three notches belt and a shirt full size. However, I am not able to many sections as in other classes. I can not stretch my legs and bend over. I still have some cooling extends simply because I can not reach. I know about yoga and Pilate, but I Stuff My 5-7 hours per week, so there is not much time for other things (Plus the potential cost). So … Can someone give me some suggestions on how to improve my stretching and flexibility at home?

If you stretch a regular routine your flexibility will almost certainly improve. Daily would be best after your workout strength / weight, but you would probably get even better, in fact every other day – but not as quickly.
