Where can I find clothes for my mother?

I need to buy my mom a Christmas gift. She said she needs shirts. It is also self-conscious of her stomach as she prefers to wear shirts style tunic. She is 49, about 5 feet 5 cute and it is quite clear when it comes to his clothes, but not boring or something like that. She has a very broad chest, too. It is generally Kohl's, Old Navy, Gap or buy her clothes, but I can not find anything in these places. In addition, since it is so short I feel like the coats do not give the right proportions. So basically, I need something that will look stylish, but age appropriate and will look slimmer.
