How can I make a pretty fairy costume and APEC in a few days?

I have a Halloween party at attentd this weekend and I want be a fairy or demon How can I make a costume for cheap? Is it difficult to make a tutu at home? My grangma is a seamstress so I can help him, but do not want to have to work too hard .. and what kind of top? Figure I a tutu is cute and I can Go Red for the devil or any other colr to match winged fairy, if I decide to go with it … My legs are a little bigger, so I do not want to just short hoochie mama sexy! and I want to be sexy Halloween So what kind of shirt? I have a semi big chest and I am more myself size, but are well …. Should I just go with spaghetti strap tank tutu skirt up and type or do I go …. Long dress and how I do my hair and makeup? for each and what do you thin is better? devil or fairies? I have like 4 games before Halloween to wear it too if it must be cute …. original and Sustainable lol

Tutu is not a difficult to do I did mine by hand in a couple of hours and IM you grandmother could do it even faster. Its a matter of buying bsacially tule fabric, running a needle and thread through it, pull the wire so that the rod cluster, pin it to the size of your choice and sew down. I have made a huge tutu that had long passed my knees and sewn to a sheet of black that I had. In this way, I found myself with the look of the tutu, without it is transparent or having to sew several hundreds of layers in the thing. I too am plus size so I made the soft tutu in front and slightly less in the back. which left the tutu, looking around instead of inflated on my buttocks. For the top I find a flattering tank top or tube top. If you were really feel shy you could probably get away with a T inserted girly-shirt and still be cute. Keep in mind that the wings a tendency to rub against the straps, especially after having for some time.
