Watch "What Not to Wear", ask friends for advice, ask someone to go shopping you and ask for their honest opinion on equipment that you choose. Do you wear contacts? Or is there a chance you might get a new pair of glasses? I do not really care for the glasses on you, I'm sure there's a pair that will compliment your pretty face. Have your makeup? Ask your friends and family for advice on your makeup. You really offers the best accent face.
