Would a trumpet skirt wedding dress suitable for a very high, more of a size heavy?

I have a lot in the field of breast and my body "type" is an inverted triangle. I am large on top, but only great on the bottom. Would a trumpet skirt (length) work for me, or should I stay with a line-? Or is there another option I'm totally missing? You need a dress with outbreaks of size feet, not the knee. You will need to draw attention to your lower half and your balance.
