Is it possible to change the color of this dress?

With the ball fast approaching, I really need to start seriously looking for prom dresses. Being a plus size girl, however, makes this task very difficult. I went to a bunch of stores and tried on a bunch of dresses. Either they do not match, looked too matronly, or were simply not me.
