Where is the best place to get the size of clothing in San Francisco, CA?

I am a size 16, approx. I'm looking especially for jeans, cargo pants, and slacks. I know there is a Bryant Lane Bryant to 16 and so I will go there unless somebody comes up with a better idea. Thank you! Oh and I need a bathing suit too (go to Hawaii next month!) Thanks for answers so far. I have a number of things at Lane Bryant the other day. I looked up our local Ashley Stewart and Tanforan Mall, but neither is not ideally located me. I also stopped at a place called Go Figure on St. Clement, which seemed promising. But it is difficult to find things that fit me as I am "average" size on top and that "more" from waist height or below. In addition, hard to find swimsuits that everywhere period of the year! Anyway I am open to all recommendations more so I'll leave this question open at least until the New Year!
