Children's clothing. normal sizes or plus sizes?

My daughter is 10 years old and weighing 95 pounds, (that makes 15 pounds overweight) she is 55 inches. Wants skinny leg jeans that fit her right. Every time I buy skinny leg jeans, wide leg jeans look (she has great legs, thighs are just a bit 'big. Legs a normal appearance) and also look like jeans guy, you know, baggy. You want jeans that arent losing Mian dont fit, but fit just right. Where can I find jeans well placed, as you really want, the largest format that uses a 14 in trousers, but she is a 12 (sizes for children, not adults!) which stores can I go? Secure that fit well as all the others!
