Modest one piece for kids?

I need a small piece bathing suit because I'm going to be baby-sitting during the summer and pick up their kids the pool. The only ones I can find are "full figured" one of the pieces for women who are plus size. I am a size 3 juniors and 1 woman. For my size all I can find are string bikinis and bathing suits that seem skimpy underwear. Please help!
