Where to find clothes for older woman 7xl?

I can not find clothes for women than 7xl. My cousin is extra plus size and can not find higher clothing size 36! Where can I?

I would think they would need to be specially made. that would make that person 400-500 lbs. more than are around 300 pounds in the fall maybe 3x or 4x. good luck
