How much weight you lose down a size?

I am a bit 'annoyed because when I looked at similar questions, it seemed like everybody always say is 5 or 10. The highest number I saw was 20 pounds for girls undertakings. Well, I am smaller and I lost a bit 'more than 50 pounds, but are still the same size! It 's so annoying and I'm starting to get frustrated because apart from avoiding health problems, I want to be able to wear clothes most beautiful and not only "bags." So, I was 320 pounds now 268 and are 5'6 "tall. I wear size 28 woman.'m On a diet and exercise to lose weight. Can I put a size 26, but is uncomfortablely close and I would wear because of this. So what, I'm going to lose 100 pounds to get a Size? 0_o Anyone else ever had this problem or know if there is anything I can do? Thanks!

It is not about weight, it is You cm got to beat in mind that turns fat into muscle, after so many diets become less effective, a lot of different factors.
